Instructions:

  • To make a Bastille crush 3-5 blackberries with the gomme syrup. Place in a shaker with the rum and ice cubes. Squeeze the juice from half slice of orange into the shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with champagne, stir and serve.
