Bastille

Instructions:
- To make a Bastille crush 3-5 blackberries with the gomme syrup. Place in a shaker with the rum and ice cubes. Squeeze the juice from half slice of orange into the shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with champagne, stir and serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 dash (0.09 cl/0.03 oz) Syrup, Gomme
- 4 oz (13.52 cl) Champagne
- 0.5 oz (1.69 cl) Crème de Mûre
- 1 oz (3.38 cl) Rum, white/light
