Affinity

Instructions:
- To make an Affinity, pour the bitters, vermouths and scotch into mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a orange or lemon peel twist, and serve.
Ingredients:
- 2 dash (0.18 cl/0.06 oz) Angostura Bitters (Bitters)
- 1.5 oz (5.07 cl) Vermouth, dry white ( Lillet Blanc)
- 1.5 oz (5.07 cl) Vermouth, sweet red
- 2 oz (6.76 cl) Whiskey, Scotch ( Chivas Regal, )
