Caipirinha

Recipe instructions for a Caipirinha:

• To make a Caipirinha, cut up 1/2 a lime into small wedges, then place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass. Muddle with a pestle.
  
  Pour the Cachaça in the glass, and stir. Add crushed ice, and stir again.
  
  A variant of the Caipirinha is the Caipiroska, use Vodka instead of Cachaça.

Ingredients:

• 5 cl (1.48 oz) Cachaca
• 0.5 cube Lime
• 2 teaspoon (0.74 cl/0.25 oz) Sugar, brown
