Caipirinha

Instructions:
- To make a Caipirinha, cut up 1/2 a lime into small wedges, then place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass. Muddle with a pestle. Pour the Cachaça in the glass, and stir. Add crushed ice, and stir again. A variant of the Caipirinha is the Caipiroska, use Vodka instead of Cachaça.
