History:
- Irish Coffee was invented by Joseph Sheridan.
Instructions:
- To make a Irish Coffee, pour hot coffee into an Irish Coffee glass, then Irish whiskey, and add a teaspoon of sugar. (optional) Warm the mixture over a burner, but *do not* boil the mixture. Finally, float cream on top. Suggested to use a coffee spoon, place near the surface of glass and pour the cream gently over to enable it to float.

- 8 cl (2.37 oz) Coffee
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Cream
- 1 teaspoon (0.37 cl/0.13 oz) Sugar, brown
- 4 cl (1.18 oz) Whiskey, Irish (Bushmills Malt, Bushmills 1608)
