Horse's Neck

Instructions:
- Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into old fashioned glass with ice cubes, and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon rind spiral. If desired (optional), add a couple dashes of Angostura Bitter.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl (1.18 oz) Brandy ( Metaxa)
- 2 dash (0.18 cl/0.06 oz) Angostura Bitters (Bitters)
- 11 cl (3.25 oz) Ginger Ale
