Gin Fizz

Instructions:
- Shake all ingredients with ice cubes (except soda water) and pour into highball glass. Top with Soda water. *for best results, use fresh lemon Juice.
Ingredients:
- 4.5 cl (1.33 oz) Gin
- 1 cl (0.3 oz) Syrup, Gomme
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Lemon Juice
- 8 cl (2.37 oz) Soda Water
