Instructions:
- Pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice, and stir gently. Add dash of Angostura bitter. Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry. Note: Use 'Old Tom' Gin for Tom Collins.
Ingredients:
- 4.5 cl (1.33 oz) Gin
- 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Syrup, Gomme
- 1 dash (0.09 cl/0.03 oz) Angostura Bitters (Bitters)
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Lemon Juice
- 6 cl (1.78 oz) Soda Water
