1 dash (0.09 cl/0.03 oz) Angostura Bitters (Bitters)
4.5 cl (1.33 oz) Whiskey, Bourbon
3 cl (0.89 oz) Lemon Juice
6 cl (1.78 oz) Soda Water

Recipe instructions for a John Collins:

To make a John Collins, pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice, and stir gently. Add dash of Angostura bitter. Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry. Enjoy your John Collins!

Note: Use 'Old Tom' Gin for Tom Collins.
