Brandy Egg Nog

Instructions:
- To make a Brandy Egg Nog, pour the brandy, gomme syrup, milk and egg yolk into shaker with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a highball with ice cubes. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl (1.18 oz) Brandy ( Metaxa)
- 1 cl (0.3 oz) Syrup, Gomme
- 5 cl (1.48 oz) Milk
- 1 egg, yolk
