Instructions:
- To make a Brandy Alexander, pour cognac, creme de cacao and cream into shaker with ice cubes, shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Use fresh cream and/or heavy cream. Some also like to add 1-2 teaspoons of whipped cream. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
Ingredients:
- 2 cl (0.59 oz) Cognac ( Cognac, remy red, Courvoisier)
- 2 cl (0.59 oz) Cream
- 2 cl (0.59 oz) Crème de Cacao, white ( Godiva, white, )
