Recipe instructions for a Between the Sheets:

  • To make a Between the Sheets cocktail,

    pour the brandy, lemon juice, Cointreau and light rum into a shaker with ice, and shake well. You can substitute the Cointreau with Triple Sec, and experiment with the amount of lemon juice (fresh juice is recommended). Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

    1. Chill a cocktail glass with ice and pour it out when you are ready to pour the ingredients in the glass.
    2. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, Cointreau and light rum into a shaker with ice.*
    3. Shake well, strain into your chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

    *You can substitute the Cointreau with Triple Sec, and experiment with the amount of lemon juice (fresh juice is recommended).
