B & B

History:

• A B and B is popular old classic drink that is often found premixed in many stores. Another version of the B & B, called A & B, which uses Armagnac and Bénédictine.

Instructions:

• To make a B & B, pour the brandy directly into a brandy snifter (or balloon) and gently float the Bénédictine over a bar spoon to lay on top.

Ingredients:

• 3 cl (0.89 oz) Brandy (Metaxa)
• 3 cl (0.89 oz) Bénédictine
