Angel Face

History:
- In the 1950s one could find two or three Angel Face recipes that used different ingredients, and were made in different ways. One was similar to a pousse-café (layered) formula, made with crème de cacao and prunelle (sloe brandy), the other used crème de cacao and cream. This Angel Face recipe is the generally accepted classic.
Instructions:
- To make an Angle Face pour the gin, apricot brandy and calvados into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Ingredients:
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Gin
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Brandy, apricot
- 3 cl (0.89 oz) Calvados
