Sidecar Cocktail

History:

• This is variant of the "Sidecar", with triple Sec instead of Cointreau.

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, lemon, and triple sec with ice, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

Ingredients:

• 1 cl (0.3 oz) Brandy ( Metaxa)
• 0.5 oz (1.69 cl) Lemon Juice
• 0.66 oz (2.23 cl) Triple Sec
