History:
- There are several claims as to where the Sidecar was created in Paris (Harry's bar or the Ritz?). But all seem to agree that it was created around World War I.
Instructions:
- To make a Sidecar, pour the brandy, lemon juice and orange liqueur int a shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz (3.38 cl) Brandy (Metaxa)
- 0.5 oz (1.69 cl) Lemon Juice
- 1 oz (3.38 cl) Cointreau (Liqueur, orange)
