Kir Royale

Instructions:
- To make a Kir Royale, a classic french aperitif, add the crème de cassis to the bottom of the flute, then top up with champagne. Served "straight up", without ice.
Ingredients:
- 9 cl (2.66 oz) Champagne
- 1 cl (0.3 oz) Crème de Cassis
